Ovvadias S. Namias, the Managing Partner of “OVVADIAS S. NAMIAS LAW FIRM”, was born in Athens in 1964. He graduated from the Law School of the University of Athens in 1987 and concluded his thesis in Penal Law at the University of Bonn in Germany, with a grant from the state of North Rhine-Westphalia (1992).
Vasileios K. Petropoulos is an Assistant Professor of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure at the University of Athens. He was called to the Patras Bar in 2003 and joined “OVVADIAS S. NAMIAS LAW FIRM” in 2010.
Angeliki A. Asprogeraka-Griva graduated from the Law School of the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens and concluded her postgraduate studies in the Penal Department of the Law School of the University of Athens.
Eleni I. Tsakali graduated from the Law School of the National & Capodistrian University of Athens and concluded her post-graduate studies in the Penal Department of the Law School of the University of Athens. Her thesis was on “Persons liable under Law for the Legalization of Profits from Criminal Activities (l. 3691/2008) from the point of view of Socially Neutral Acts”.
Anna D. Tsamasfyra graduated from the Law School of the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens and then worked as a trainee at the Prosecution of the Court of Appeal of Athens. She completed her training at Ovvadias S. Namias Law Firm and joined the firm as an associate lawyer.
Ilias V. Spyropoulos was born in Athens in 1984.
He graduated from the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, from which he also obtained his LLM in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure. He then received his Ph.D. in Criminal Law from the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich in the field of medical negligence.
Emmanouil V. Apostolakis was born in Athens in 1991. He completed his undergraduate studies in Law at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, from which he also obtained his LL.M. in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure.
Ioannis C. Xenos was born in Athens, Greece in 1997 and he is lawyer in the Athens Bar Association since 2022. He graduated from Law School of the National, and Kapodistrian University of Athens and he is a coach in the International Criminal Court Moot Court Competition on which the Law School participates.
Vasileios M. Gerapetritis holds a LL.B. from the Faculty of Law of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (Valedictorian of Class 2020: “First Class Honors, 9.03”) and is currently pursuing a LL.M. in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure at the same university.
